Monk fruit is a melon native to Southeast Asia that has natural sweetness, but doesn’t contain any of the calories or carbs that sugar does. Monk fruit was originally cultivated by monks in China hundreds of years ago.
It grows on a vine (ours is hand picked) and is high in antioxidants. The monk fruit we use is GMO-free, too.
The process is simple: crush the monk fruit to release its juice, infuse it in hot water and filter it to create a clear, sweet juice.
