Zero Sugar Granola

Ingredients

4 Cups
Old fashioned rolled oats
1.5 Cups
Raw nuts or seeds
1 tsp
Fine grain sea salt
1/2 tsp
Ground cinnamon
1/2 Cup
Melted coconut oil
3/4 Cups
Swoon Simple Syrup
1 tsp
Vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

In large bowl, combine oats, nuts & seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Stir to blend.

Pour in coconut oil, Swoon, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour granola onto a pan with parchment paper and spread an even layer.

Cook for 25 minutes and let cool.
