Old Fashioned Oats
Swoon Simple Syrup
Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Vanilla or Unflavored Protein Powder
Unsweetned Almond Milk
Combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and any dry add-ins in a single serving Tupperware or mason jar.
Add in greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and Swoon. Stir well.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Top with berries, more cinnamon, and fiber one (if desired)!
