Cup Olive Oil
Cup Swoon Simple Syrup
Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Cup Oat Milk Unsweetened
Ground Cinnamon plus a dash to sprinkle on top
Cup All Purpose Flour
Mix together olive oil, Swoon Simple Syrup, and apple sauce in a large mixing bowl.
Mash bananas and add them to the bowl.
Add milk and vanilla and stir.
Add salt, cinnamon, and baking soda and stir. Add walnuts if desired.
Add flour, stir.
Pour into loaf pan, put a little cinnamon on top and swirl.
Bake for one hour at 325 degrees.
