Cranberry Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, Swoon, 1 1/2 tsp. orange zest, orange juice, and ginger.
2. Bring mixture to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens. For 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with remaining orange juice.
